Paint Correction with Wilson Detailing

Enhancing Your Paintwork at Wilson Detailing.

At the end of the day, your car is an investment. You want to keep it maintained and always looking its best. That’s where my paint correction packages come into play. I offer 3 levels of paint correction, they shall be listed below with a detailed description of what each level includes and a starting price for each.

Gloss Enhancement

Prices from £300

This package is a really good introduction into the world of paint correction. It’ll demonstrate a good before and after of gloss levels on your paintwork while still leaving room to show what a Stage 1 or Stage 2 Correction can offer. With a Gloss Enhancement you’ll be getting a full safe wash, mechanical decontamination and then a final going over with the machine polisher with a fine cut polish and a fine cut pad leaving a slick gloss filled finish.

Stage 1 –

Prices from £450

With a Stage 1 Correction you’ll be looking at getting into proper correctional services. This offers a 65-75% correction rate meaning light marring from poor hand washing techniques and some machine washes can be removed. This service starts just the same as a Gloss Enhancement however gets the added benefit of me figuring out what pad and compound combination works best to achieve the desired correction rate. This means that each panel will have a uniformed finish and a gorgeous deep, glossy finish to any paintwork.

Stage 2 –

Prices from £650

Stage 2 correction is the one to go for if you’re wanting 75-90% swirl and scratch correction. I particularly recommend this package if you have an older car that has recently had a paint job or is looking quite tired. As with the Stage 1 Correction I will spend the time to make sure that the initial harsh cut is enough to take the paint back to an acceptable level. However unlike the Stage 1 correction there will be a second stage (hence the name) which is focussed on refining the paintwork until my Sunspot light is perfectly represented with no holograms, swirls or marring of any kind. This will leave your paintwork looking dripping wet while remaining totally dry.

Just had your paintwork corrected? Why not consider a Ceramic Coating to lock in the finish for years to come. Available from £150.
